Ma lo speedstep (e l'equivalente cool&quiet di amd) non dovrebbero ridurre il clock del processore solo quando non è richiesta tutta la potenza? Nel senso, con un'applicazione intensiva come boinc dovrebbero fornire tutto quello che possono...
