We are working on a project which aims at identifying correlation between genes and features depending on the disease condition. To do so, we need to perform mouse gene network expansion with ribosome profiling data (RiboSeq) from control and SMA samples of multiple tissues.

We are a group of students attending the Laboratory of Data Mining at the University of Trento and we are trying to study the crosstalk between epitranscriptomic and histone modifications in the context of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
Starting from a dataset containing both lung cancer samples and healthy controls, we wish to expand a set of genes of interest involved in cancer onsetting and in the mentioned cross-talk to then perform further anlayses. The name of our work unit will contain the string 'dfcc_e'.
